What is the password?

If you entered an Event Code, you may be asked for a password.  The password is the same as your event code. You will have to enter it once as an event code then a second time as a password. Please pay special attention entering the password as it is CASE sensitive (all capitalized).

I don’t have an Event Code; do I need one?

Some photos require an Event Code and some do not. Refer to the list below.

EVENT CODE NEEDED TO VIEW PHOTOS ONLINE

-Individual School photos- all schools grades PreK-11 grade Fall and Spring seasons.
-Kindergarten cap and gown
If your photo requires an event code and you don’t have it, please call 352-596-2686 and we will be able to provide one for you to view and/or purchase online

 NON-EVENT CODE PHOTOS

-Recreational Sport Leagues – Any YMCA, Little League, Soccer, Football, Cheer, Happy Feet
-School sports- all Highschool, Middle school, Private Schools
-School events-Proms, Homecoming, Dances, Holiday events, Class photos, etc.…
-High School Senior-Senior panoramic, Senior Yearbook photo (only if taken at school and not in the studio). Senior Cap and Gown photo (only if taken at the school and not at the studio).

I don’t see my photos online

Photography that was performed OUTSIDE of our studio is usually grouped by the organization, or event and placed online for viewing and ordering.  If you or your child were photographed IN THE STUDIO, during a private session, chances are that you will not find them online.  If you would like to view them online please call 352-596-2686 and we can web host them for you, or you can come to our lobby and view them there. (limited lobby hours, please call in advance).

Your child may have missed picture time and was not photographed. NO PROBLEM we can schedule a retake in our studio. Call to make a quick appointment free of charge.

I don’t like my (or my child’s) photo

If you are unhappy with the photo taken, we can retake the photo in our studio. There is no session fee for retakes.  Call 352-596-2686 to schedule a quick session. If you have already ordered a package or email, we will replace it at no charge so long as you bring back the original product(s) when you come in for your retake.

I never received photos that I paid for

School Photos (any)- Please check with your child, child’s teacher, and look in their backpack.  You might be surprised. Sometimes the photos are left at school or the money was never handed to the photographer on picture day.

Recreational sport photos

Check with your child’s coach first (they were delivered to the organization divided by team and handed to the head coach)

Check the concession stand (that is where all the lost things go)

I lost the proof flyer, can I still order?

I forgot to order on picture day, can I still get pictures?

Can I still order pictures from last year or season?
